Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time app purchases (Basic & Deluxe)

All app sales are final. Because every app is delivered as custom-configured digital work — branded, deployed, and tied to your business — we do not offer refunds on one-time app purchases once payment is processed.

We strongly encourage you to review the live demos, the side-by-side comparison on our pricing page, and to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Monthly subscriptions (hosting, visibility, add-ons)

You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time from your billing portal or by emailing us.

  • 72-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your renewal date to stop the next billing cycle. Cancellations received inside the 72-hour window will take effect at the following renewal.
  • No refunds for unused portions. Once a monthly cycle has been billed, we do not refund partial or unused portions of that period. Your service remains active through the end of the paid period.
  • No automatic prorated credits for downgrades mid-cycle — the new rate applies at the next renewal.

Custom & one-off requests

Custom app requests quoted as one-off builds are non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not yet started, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Failed delivery or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or if we are unable to deliver your app due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the affected charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are a small team and will work with you to resolve any billing concerns quickly.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email us at the contact address listed on our site, or use the contact form on the homepage. Include your purchase email and order details so we can locate your account quickly.

Service guarantee & results disclaimer

We guarantee the operation of the apps we deliver — meaning they will be functional, accessible, and behave as described. If something breaks due to a defect on our end, we will fix it at no additional cost.

We do not guarantee leads, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your marketing, traffic sources, audience, niche, offer, pricing, follow-up process, and market conditions. Any examples, case studies, or projections shown on our site are illustrative and not a promise of results.

Visibility campaigns: we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes such as traffic volume, lead counts, search rankings, or sales attributable to the campaign. What we do guarantee is distribution of your campaign to at least 300 high-authority platforms. We make every effort to create and distribute the highest-quality content promoting your app and your general business offerings, but engagement and conversion from that distribution depend on factors outside our control (your offer, audience fit, market conditions, etc.).

Hosting and other recurring add-ons are service-based — uptime and delivery of the service are guaranteed; downstream business results are not.
